Seasonal work
New Zealand has many opportunities for seasonal work in horticulture and viticulture. It can be loads of fun working in the countryside, meeting new people and learning new skills (or using skills you bring with you).
If you come into the country on a working holiday scheme, and then work in one of these industries, you may be able to extend your permit so that you can stay for an extra three months’ holiday.
